Refund policy
At Eleos Scrubs, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.
Returns & Refunds
We offer full refunds to your original form of payment, with the exception of shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
After 14 days, all purchases become final sale and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the exchange request by emailing info@eleosscrubs.com within 14 days of delivery date. All exchange requests are subject to product availability, and due to limited inventory, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item. Eleos Scrubs will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to the customer.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@eleosscrubs.com.
We will review the issue and work quickly to replace the item or resolve the matter.
Return/Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
Unused
In original condition with all tags attached
Please follow these guidelines to keep your items returnable:
Scrub Apparel
Be mindful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Tracking Your Return
Once you ship your return, please keep a record of your return tracking number.
You can use this number on your carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment back to us.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In the case of exchanges, Eleos Scrubs will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
